A development which is set over nine stories and 20,000 m” of usable space provides a dynamic shared atrium space, communal roof terrace, ‘ride-in’ cycle ramp and embraces current and future working methods to provide a platform for creative work with vibrant communal spaces.
The buildings original features were restored and celebrated and the fabric and services were fully updated throughout with exposed wall finishes and ducting to ensure high ceiling levels.
Works included traditional decoration works to ceilings, walls & woodwork to all floors of the building. In addition, some areas at lower ground level were spray painted using a GRACO 110v airless spray unit.
The paints being used will be water and oil based, applied to suitably prepared surfaces using traditional brush and roller methods in accordance with the specification.
This was an exciting, dynamic project to work on with it’s high design specification.
