Warwick Chambers is a popular mansion building located in the heart of Kensington.
Reinstatement works were required throughout one of the properties within Warwick Chambers following a serious fire that started in the living room and spread throughout the one bedroom flat.
All items from the property were removed, surfaces cleaned and thermal de- fogging was carried out to remove the smell of smoke throughout.
The kitchen was very badly damaged and was stripped out and disposed of and fully replaced including new tiles, units and extractor fan.
All walls, ceilings and woodwork were made good and re-decorated, including paper to the walls and ceilings, surfaces were painted, new architrave fitted and secondary glazing renewed.
Flooring was laid throughout including carpet, vinyl and coir matting.
Electrical faceplates, smoke detectors, light fittings, entry phone and the electric meter were all replaced and electrical testing was carried out as well as various plumbing works that was also required such as replacing the combination boiler, the shower enclosure, radiator, WC pan and the Gas certificate was completed.
2 Meter distancing was maintained when carrying out all works to help prevent the spread of Covid -19 therefore we were granted an extension to complete the works safely and on time.
