The client Urbanest is one of London’s leading student accommodation developers.  They wanted a high end finish for student accommodation which is their normal requirement.

The project was a 30 storey tower block.  Work consisted of decoration to ceilings, walls and woodwork. We worked closely with the interacting trades to enable a programme completion one month early.  The company’s brand colour scheme was carried out and digital wallcoverings manufactured and hung throughout the building.

We have completed all but two of their London Developments since they started trading.
