McLoughlin Decorating’s team of decorators and wallcoverings hangers carried out redecoration works to a 200-year-old high end residential property in Marylebone, internally and externally.

We had a paint specification that was used throughout the entire property, along with specialist wallcoverings.  Internal work consisted of painted ceilings, walls, Victorian ornate cornices and woodwork.  We sourced, supplied and installed three different wallcovering brands.  Externally we completed the redecoration of painted stucco render, as well as railings, windows and decking.

We liaised closely with our client, a private business woman, as we were working alongside many other trades, and held daily meetings to manage this. We were also working to a tight financial programme, with bespoke wallcoverings having to be sourced and correct amounts ordered.

We worked very closely with the client’s design team and manufacturers of the wallcoverings to enable smooth finish.
