1988: Company starts with 4 people in Islington.
1993: First major project. Arsenal Stadium.
1994: First apprentice
1995: Major project. British Museum.
1997: 50 people on site.
2001: First term contract with housing association.
2005: Lords Long Room project.
2008: 100 people on site.
2009: Olympic Media Centre.
2010: K&M Training Centre opens, Essex Road.
2011: Olympic Park Awards winner.
2012: Start of K&M pre-employment course.
2013: City of London, Heart of the City award.
2014: Kevin McLoughlin MBE, services to skills and apprenticeships.
2015: Outstanding Supply Chain Company Contribution to Education, National Skills Academy.
2016: Kevin McLoughlin, Freeman of City of London.
2017: 200+ people on site
2017: Appointed as Construction Route Panel Member Institute for Apprenticeship, Dept of Education
2018: Kevin Appointed as Trustee Board Member of CITB
2019: Master Builder Award & Dragon Award
2020: Islington Council‚ Outstanding Contribution to Adult Learning Award
2021: Formation of a new division, McLoughlin South East, based in Hemel Hempsted

2023: FMB Apprentice of the Year Award
