The Client Finchatton was nearing completion of their ultra-high-end Residential Development at 20 Grosvenor Square, when the outlook from the rear became apparent it was not what an extremely expensive property would expect. The walls were bare brick covered in insulated air conditioning pipework, conduit, cable trays full of cables gas pipes R.W.P etc, all or different drab colours.
We were commissioned to bring all the see able elevations up to an even coloured, aesthetically pleasing on the eye finish. We fully scaffolded and protected the adjoining areas due to very expensive cars underneath, air conditioning plant and resident’s furniture. We then arranged a specification to be obtained so there were no adhesion problems and a solid uniform finish that would give a 10-year warranty.
