McLoughlin Group are strong advocates of Apprenticeships, realising the importance and opportunities they bring to our company. We have been employing apprentices for over 25 years and see this as an investment in our future – many of our former apprentices have gone on to become Supervisors and Forepersons.
We are highly respected for our Apprenticeship programme and are often invited to numerous events held by the Institute for Apprenticeships and Technical Education, to showcase our success in this field – indeed such is our Managing Director’s passion for Apprentices that he now sits on the Route Panel in Construction for the Institute, where he provides his valuable insight as an Apprentices employer.
Apprenticeships are widely available for all ages subject to meeting the criteria of our 4 week pre-employment course.
