I’m writing simply to say that I’ve been very impressed by McLoughlin’s conduct in doing the external decorations at the Barbican.
Everyone I’ve come across – whether working on the podium or on the balconies – has been polite, thoughtful and efficient. They took care not to damage any plants on my balconies, and the door and window varnishing was well done and with a minimum of fuss.
It’s a pleasure to write nice emails from time to time, but I think it’s only right to acknowledge when people do a good job.
